She was predeceased by: her parents, James House and Claudia House. She is survived by: her children, Dale Smith (Vicki) of Galesburg and Randy Smith of Sardinia, Ohio. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Megie Funeral Home - Mount Orab (104 Spice St, Mt Orab, OH 45154).
