She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jane Ann Ballein, Paul Glover and Gracie Glover. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Ballein of Ripley and Patricia Ballein (Glover) of Ripley; her husband Keith Patrick; her children, Katie Smith (Josh) of Georgetown and Kyle Patrick (Brittany Fite) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Jackson Smith, Clara Jane Smith and Cameron Fite; her siblings, Brian Ballein (Kelly) of Lake Waynoka, Bobbie Knabb (Mike) of Sardinia and Susan Dotson (Mark) of Lake Waynoka; and her grandfather Robert Ballein. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
