We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2020, at the age of 56, Kevin Sullivan of Sardinia, Ohio, born in Georgetown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Leroy Sullivan; his stepparents, Bertha Dyer Sullivan and William Taulbe; his brothers, Delbert and Randy Sullivan; and his grandparents, Grace, Charles Hensley, Clara and Roy Sullivan.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ann Hensley Taulbe; his wife Charlotte Sullivan; his daughter Alecia Slagle (Eric) of New Vienna; his grandchildren, Skylar, Shaylee and Brody; his son Kaleb Sullivan; his siblings, Keith Sullivan, Rodney Sullivan (Kim), Kathy Boyson and Kristy Sullivan; his great-niece Kayla; and his great-nephew Cody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
