She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Joseph Koch and Bernice Catherine Wood Koch; her granddaughter Emily Denise Hawkins; and her aunt Dorothy Wood. She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Al" Lee Martellotti of Sardinia; her daughters, Melinda Sue Bohrer (Greg) of Hillsboro and Denise Ann Hawkins (Anthony) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Jacob Ray Bohrer (Carrie), Caleb Albert (Rachel), Megan Elaine Winkle (Andy), Regan Sue Bohrer RN, Ethan Wayne Hawkins (Danielle) and Emmy Marie Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Austin Bohrer, Ryleann Bohrer, Natalie Bohrer, Olivia Bohrer, Isabelle Bohrer and Penelope Winkle.

Contributions in Judy's memory may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
