He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gabe Farrell and Janice Sams; and his uncle Tony Sams. He is survived by: his parents, Terry E. Sams and Elaine Sams (Farrell) of Sardinia, Ohio.; his daughter Peyton Grace Sams; his siblings, Jessica Davis (Jake) of Hamersville, Jamie Ogden (Tyler) of Mt and Jeremiah Sams (Mandy) of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Jewels, Janie (Josie Davis), Mason, Kali (Melia Sams) and Ryder (Lily Ogden); his grandparents, John Sams of Sardinia, Ohio and Connie Farrell of Hamersville, Ohio; his uncles, Troy Farrell (Amy) of Georgetown and Matt Farrell (Debbie) of Hamersville; and his aunt Teresa Demint (Larry) of Sardinia. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

During the visitation and funeral, face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
