It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Eyre (Sardinia, Ohio), born in Adams County, Ohio, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Caryl Jean; his brother Harold Eyre; his sister-in-law Carol Eyre; his brothers, Alvin Eyre, Dene Eyre, Gene Eyre and Chester Eyre; his sister-in-law Letha Tuttle; and also, Brenda Roberts and Phyllis Roberts.
He is survived by: his parents, John Raymond and Nettie Bridge Eyre; his daughter Linda Roush (Tim) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Brian Roush (Kim) of Hillsboro and Angie Bogart (Travis) of Sardinia; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Trey, Averi, Alli Bogart, Briley Roush, Morgan, Wade and Seth Evans; his brother Marvin Eyre (Shirley) of Sardinia; and his siblings-in-law, Verna Burnett (Charles) of Mowrystown, Lucille Eyre, Linda Eyre of Hillsboro, Otto Tuttle of Chillicothe and Rodger Roberts of Winchester.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sardinia Church of Christ or Mowrystown Church of Christ.
