She is survived by: her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Vickie; her granddaughters, Lori, Kristi Parker and Erin Hupp (Josh); her great grandchildren, Cashton and Siler Hupp; her siblings-in-law, Zola Purdin (Paul), Patsy Johnson, Ron Johnson (Kathryn) and Jerry Johnson (Jan); her husband Jack Rutan; her sons, James (Diane), John and Fritz (Dawn); and her stepdaughter Debbie Matheney (Toby).
