He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Kennard (Brent) of Peebles, OH and Michelle Weaver of Peebles, OH; his grandsons, Nicholas Weaver and Cody Black; his brothers, Carl William Weaver (Rita) of Ripley, OH and Clifford Walter Weaver (Rhonda) of Hillsboro, OH; his sister-in-law Barb Weaver of Hillsboro, OH; and his nephews, Eric Weaver, Wayne Weaver and Steven Weaver.
