He was predeceased by: his parents, Croswell Henderson and Sarah Elizabeth Henderson (Moon); and his sister-in-law Phyllis O'Banion. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Henderson; his sisters, Nancy Chafee and Betsey Howlett; and his brothers-in-law, Ron O'Banion (Zanda) and Ray O'Banion.
