He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Creed and Clara Maude Chrissman Creed; and his siblings, Ruth Duffey, Virginia Campbell, Dorothy Creed, Elizabeth "Betty" Willaims, Harry, John, Paul, Russ, Roy, Ralph and Jim Creed.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lang Creed; his daughter Melissa Creed O'Farrell (Rick Young) of Mt. Orab; his grandchildren, Katy O'Farrell (Jason Thompson) and Daniel O'Farrell (Sydney); and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Gabriel, Emily O'Farrell and Jayde Thomas.
