With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Patrick of Sardinia, Ohio, born in Greenfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her foster parents, Walter Stanforth and Willa Stanforth; her foster brother William Stanforth; her daughter-in-law Lori Patrick; and her siblings-in-law, Carl, Kash (Orpha), Forrest Patrick (Jackie), Kenneth Bedford, Martha (Bill), Gladys, Esther and Ginny (Basil).
She is survived by: her husband Donald Patrick; her children, Troy Patrick of Batavia, Keith Patrick of Sardinia and Nikki Stanley (Dave) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Jacob Stanley, Tyler Stanley, Kyle Patrick (Brittany), Katie Smith (Josh), Rachel Schmitz (Dave) and Kelcey Smith (Eric); her great grandchildren, Holden Schmitz, Jackson Smith, Cameron Patrick, Clara Jane Smith and Raelyn Patrick; her sister Jean Ann Perry (Richard); and her siblings-in-law, Elwood Patrick (Barbara), Lois Jean Bedford and Phoebe Patrick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
