She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Bryson Lewis and Katherine Anna Sanders Lewis; her former husband Russell E. Hoffman; her husband Robert L. "Beaver" Orr; and her brothers, James and Thomas Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Latham (James) of Georgetown, Margaret Leppert (Tony) of Owensville, Laurie Skirvin (Alfred) of Sardinia and Russell Hoffman Jr. of Cincinnati; and her siblings, Beatrice Baker, David Lewis, John Lewis, Pat Lewis and Jack Hoffman (Ginny). She is also survived by four step-children, eleven grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
