He was predeceased by: his father Carl Richard Miller. He is survived by: his mother Shirley M. Tucker Miller of Sarahsville; his wife Rhonda G. Farley Miller; his children, Matthew A. Miller (Sierra) of Senecaville and Megan A. Poling (Charles, III) of Caldwell; his stepchildren, Zachary Belcher (Kailey) of Chapmanville and Thomas J. Belcher (Jessica) of Danville; his sisters, Cora Bates (Bill) of Sarahsville and Lisa Thompson (Brian) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Wyatt Lee Miller, Laken Sophia Poling, Lane Elizabeth Poling and Charles E. Poling, IV; and his stepgranddaughter Natalie R. Belcher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
