He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Blaney and Ruth Blaney; his wife Marilyn L. Sterling Blaney; and his great grandchild Delaine Abbott, IV. He is survived by: his children, Randy N. Blaney (Vickie) of Lewisville and Carol S. Abbott (Dwayne Dunn) of Circleville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Amanda Blaney and Delaine Abbott, III (Heather); his great grandchildren, Allanah, Ava and Armani; his sisters, Betty Clemmer (Harry) of Smithfield and Ruth Robinson of Charleston; and his sister-in-law Gloria Sampson of Fairmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
