She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lester Clark and Betty Crum Frazier. She is survived by: her husband James M. "Michael" Stephens; her children, Kristi Huffman of Dexter City, Pepper Stephens of Michigan, Jamie Stephens of Sarahsville and Vicky Stephens of Pennsylvania; and her siblings, Jack Clark, Pam Sinfield, Michael Frazier, Stephen Clark, Sonny Clark, Shannon Carpenter, Candy Beanan, James and Patty Stephens of Caldwell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
