He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph and Waneda "Bonnie" Jones Robinson; his brother Bill Robinson; his son-in-law Ralph Portier; and his siblings-in-law, Julia Wikander Robinson, Sally Hill Robinson, Shelva Wheeler Robinson and Larry Lanning.
He is survived by: his grandchild Shenandoah Band Trips; his wife Pauline Reed Robinson; his children, Peggy Portier of Pickerington, OH, Julie Franklin (Allen) of Sarahsville, James David Robinson (Vicki) of Marysville, OH and Daniel Robinson (Jennifer) of Mt. Sterling, OH.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Franklin (Rachael), Bradley Franklin (Jodie), Melissa Miley (Chad), Taylor VanFossen (Michael), Dylan Robinson, Amelia Robinson and Andrea Robinson; his great grandchildren, Katie, Lexi, Bria Franklin, Ashlyn, Coleman Franklin, Axton, Parker, Charlotte and Delilah Miley; his stepgranddaughter Stephanie Portier Vierstra (Brian); his sister-in-law Helen Reed Newberger (Chuck); and also, Riley Vierstra (Elle), Chase Vierstra (Tralie), Colten Vierstra, Nicole Girton (Kyle), Scott Vierstra (Abbey), Natalie, Charlie, Kylee Girton, Sydney Hennis, Kasen, Kennedi Vierstra, Larry Robinson, Jerry K. Robinson (Ellen), Dianna Hague (Terry) and Joan Lanning. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
