She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Miley and Dortha Mae Miley (Morrison); and her brother Kiel Miley. She is survived by: her siblings, Ike Miley (Nancy) of West Union and Eva Miley (Fritz Ritterbeck) of Sharon; and her sister-in-law Shirley Miley of Senecaville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Alvira's name to the Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church.
