He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Simons and Charlotte Simons (Good); his wife Pamela Simons; and his brother Mike Simons. He is survived by: his daughters, Alison Simons of Norwalk, OH and Kelsey Beckett (Jack) of Catonsville, MD; his former wife Claudia Simons; his siblings, Terrie Pyanowski (Tony) and Joe Simons (Lois); his stepchildren, Lori Terzo (Zach) of St. Augustine, FL and Matt Stookey (Megan) of Sandusky, OH; and his grandchildren, June, Nolan, Layla and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
