He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon F. Swallow and Helen E. Swallow (Brinsfield); and his former wife Rhonda A. Swallow. He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Gill Keaton; his children, Jeremy J. Swallow of San Antonio, TX, Shawn Swallow of Allentown, PA and Amanda S. Krieger (Troy) of Findlay; his brother Keith Swallow (Judy) of Georgetown, KY; and his uncle Richard Swallow (Lois). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
