He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Guendelsberger and Josephine Guendelsberger (McDermott); and his brothers, Robert, Arthur and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Anne E. Guendelsberger (Strickfaden); and his children, Ruth, John (Nese), Joe (Cheryl), Jean Horgea (Dan), Dave (Linda), Frank (Laurie), Carl (Wendy), Janet Mazza (Jim), Marie Savord (Dave) and Dan (Susanne). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
