He was predeceased by: his father Anthony LaVine; his son Anthony W. LaVine; and his brother Andre LaVine. He is survived by: the mother of his children Mary Ann LaVine (Suda); his children, Lisa Westcott (Kerry) of Berlinville, OH, Diane Mesenburg of Milan, Elaine Van Dootingh (George) of Norwalk and Andrew LaVine of Milan; his grandchildren, Dr. Allison Westcott (Brandon Ralston), Lindsay Westcott, Jason Mesenburg (Kym), Heather Baker (TJ), Hannah Moehlman (Tyler), Benjamin Van Dootingh and Matthew Van Dootingh; his great grandchildren, Eliza, Eva, Noah, Liam, Brock, Brody, Sawyer and Tristan; his sister Barbara Rospert; and his sister-in-law Kathleen LaVine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
