He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Catherine Collins (Madison); his siblings, Patricia Jones, Mardell Collins Woods, Curtis Collins and Michael "Proge" Collins; his niece Michelle Collins; and his nephew Scott Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Toby Hendrickson, Damita Collins and Leta Page; his siblings, Gloria "Jean" Garr (Robert) of Sandusky, Glenn Collins of Lorain and Gregory Collins (Caroline) of Delaware, MA; his aunt Annie Wright of Sandusky; and his close friends, Gary Crabb, Rubin Johnson, Ricky Taylor, Walleye James and Geoff Oglesby. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
