He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McGory and Florence McGory (Kistner); his significant other Marylyn Claire McGory (Volz); his son Craig Joseph McGory (Peggy); his sister Marilyn Poggiali; and his great grandchild Thomas James Christmann.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas McGory (Deborah), Janine Hammersmith (Bruce) and Judith Yantz (Kevin); his grandchildren, Melissa Cramer (Ryan), Heather Christman (Brent), Betsy Bauer (Bryan), Tommy McGory (Julia), Daniel McGory, Matthew McGory, Andrew McGory (Samantha), Kaitlyn Gilchrist (Nick), Timothy Hammersmith (Carrie), Troy Hammersmith (Kelly) and Hailey Hammersmith; his great grandchildren, Kaden Cramer, Garrett, Gavin Cramer, Anna Christman, Jack Christman, Blake Bauer, Luke Bauer, Kayla Bauer, Emily McGory, Carlie Hammersmith, Maci Hammersmith, Jace Hammersmith, Blake Hammersmith, Lainey Hammersmith and Tillie McGory; and his sister Suzanne Jenny-Preston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
