He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue; his children, Tammy, Thomas J. Jr. Halbisen (Jody), Timothy Halbisen (Angie) and Eric Halbisen (Jamie); his nephews, Mike Halbisen, Glen Carmon and Skylar; his grandchildren, Joshua, Adam, Austin, Addison Snyder, TJ, Brandon Halbisen, Tabitha Lugtig (Mikel), Mercedes Stuckey (Nick), Dylan, Heather, Taylor Russell, Alyssa Halbisen, Jordan Halbisen (Autumn), Daniel Wollenslagel (Lexie), Carrie Blakely (Brandon), Matthew, Andrew and Skylar Halbisen (The Legend); his sisters, Donna Fisher (Jerry) of Fremont and Barb Karlovitz of Fremont; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Halbisen, Lavern Gray, Yvonne Shell, David Piddock (Norma) and Charles Philip Piddock (Ginny). He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
