He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Klepper and Gladys "Cork" Klepper (Boster); his wife Sandra Marie Klepper (Rogge); and his brothers, Richard and Robert Klepper.

He is survived by: his children, Dana Butler (Matthew) of Monroeville, Stephanie Klepper of Sandusky and Mike Klepper (Madison Tobias) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Morgan, Ryleigh, Logan, Leah, Marcus and Carsten; and his sister Sherry Allen of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
