She was predeceased by: her parents, Battista Filipucci and Eleanor Filipucci (Berti); and her siblings, Eugenia "Genie" Blair, Robert Rumford and Ernie Filipucci.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Gene" Knauer; her children, Vickie Ayers (Mike Andrews) and Jason Knauer of Sandusky; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Zander Knauer, Carlie and Corey Ayers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her name to Cancer Services of Erie County, 505 E. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
