She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Pou Sr. and Shirley Pou (Gowdy); her husband Gustava Garrett Sr.; her sisters, Ann Monique and Patricia Pou; her daughter Pamela Denise Pou; and her grandsons, Deonte' and DanTana Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Tawanna Nicloe Cunningham, Darcel Irby (Aleshia), Cassell Causey (Tiffany) and Taneicia DeShea Alexander. She is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several special sisters.
