She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wobser and Mina Wobser (Hall); her husband Robert Speer; her grandson Matthew Speer; her great grandchild Brantley Hall; and her siblings, Andrew Wobser, Roy Wobser, Albert Wobser, Mabel Ruthsatz, Hazel Welser, Ernie Wobser, Elmer Wobser, Bertha Koch, Anna Wobser, Betty Ries and May Kehres.
She is survived by: her sons, Franklin Speer of Sandusky, David Speer (Linda) of Sandusky, Ronald Speer (Valerie) of Sandusky and Kevin Speer of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Nick, Bob, Michele, Mike, Mark, Tyler, Laura, Ashton and Aleck; her great grandchildren, Piper, Presley, Parker, Phinley, Rocco, Gino, Kellan, Hugh, Hayes, Zach and Dylan; and her sister Joyce Cramer of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
