We bid farewell to Ruby E. Duncan of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Salem, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 27, 2024 at the age of 91. Ruby touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferman Wallis and Effie Mae Wallis-Bailey; her husband Howard R. Duncan; her children, Roy Lee Duncan and Deborah Davis; her daughter-in-law Janet Duncan; and her siblings, Emmett Tobin, Ernest Tobin, Thomas Pogue, Amos Pogue, Bertha McAllister and Mildred Browning.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Sue Capizzi (Timothy) of Sandusky, Oscar E. Duncan of Amherst and James H. Duncan of Bayview. She is also survived by five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
