He is survived by: his wife Karen Billman (Couch); his daughter Kendall Billman; his stepdaughter Jillian Martin (Blair); his brother Paul; his son-in-law Caine Newkirk; his grandson Owen Newkirk; his half-sister Tammy Billman; and his close friend Mickey Henry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
