She was predeceased by: her parents, Lem O'Neal and Naomi O'Neal (Rushing); her former husbands, Alan Lane and Emmett Twine; and her siblings, John O'Neal, Rosetta Lee (Wesley) and Mary Gadson (Tommie).
She is survived by: her children, Roxye, Morris Lane, Anthony "Tony" Twine (Mindy), Naomi Twine, David Twine (Tonya) and Richard Twine; and her grandchildren, Zacorie Twine, Jasmine Pace, Alexander Twine, Christian Twine, Gabriana Wrumb and MacKenzie Dominguez.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross, Erie County Senior Center - Meals on Wheels Program, the American Diabetes Association, or Walk to End Alzheimer's - Erie Shores Committee.
