She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Aloyisus and Carmella "Minnie" Scavio (Caponi); her husband Donald E. "Don" Lombardy, Sr.; her son-in-law Doug Schrim; her brother Thomas L. Scavio (Marge); and her nephew Thomas P. Scavio.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Lombardy (Lisa) of Sandusky, Donna Schrim of Naples, FL, Pam Beverly (Dave) of Huron, Don S. Lombardy, Jr. (Teri) of Marblehead and Rick Lombardy of Sandusky; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Catie, Rilea, Jovi and Nicole. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
