He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Roman and Barbara Jean Urig (Symanski); and his brother Randy Urig. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Urig (Schindley); his children, Hannah E. Urig and Shawn A. Urig of Sandusky; and his siblings, Debbie Hobson, Ellen Fowler, Connie Surface, Norma Urig, Rhonda Toste and Mark Urig. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
