He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Tobias and Rose Marie Hile (Deoctavio); and his half-siblings, Maxine Bradford, Marvin Barnes and Loren Barnes.
He is survived by: his son Ron Hile II (Rebecca) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Nicolette and Ronnie; and his siblings, Carol Ann Van Horn of Lima, Fred Hile of Lima and Mike Hile of Lima. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
