He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Carl and Alta Lorraine Bluhm (Gorman); and his sister Suzan G. Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue Bluhm (Halladay); and his brother Dennis Charles Bluhm (Judie) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
