He is survived by: his nephew Brian Curtis (Barb); his great-niece Alivia (Devon); his great-nephew Carson Curtis of Sandusky; his nephew Gary Curtis of Sandusky; his niece Leslie Marx (Don) of Miami, FL; his great-nieces, Lauren Steiman and Hannah Roehl; and his siblings, Mary Leschorn of Jacksonville, FL, Jim Curtis (Rita) of Arcadia, CA and William Curtis of Leesburg, FL..
