She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Stein and Renata Stein (Keller); her former husband James Smith; her husband Lewis Whitman; her brothers, Don and Paul Stein; her son-in-law Dan Scott; and her grandson Eric Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Renata Scott, Kevin Smith and Gemma Link (Tom); her grandchildren, Matt Scott, Samantha Pohorence (Scott), Brad Link (Abbey), Tyler Link (Julia) and Seth Link (Tracy); her brother Richard Stein (Rosella); and her sister-in-law Jean Stein. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
