It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Jackson (Sandusky, Ohio), who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie James and Mattie J. Jackson Sr.; his siblings, Shirley Ann Jackson, Pauline Jackson and Charles James Jackson Jr.; his niece Doris Marie Frazier; and his nephew Michael Sean Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Tavarous Turner (Natasha) of Dallas, TX, Derek J. Horne and Ya'Shica K. Brown; his siblings, Andrew Frazier (Yvonnjanai) of Sandusky, Donnell Jackson of Sandusky, Paul Allen Jackson of Sandusky, Lena Mae Patrick of Montgomery, AL, Betty Jean Nicholson (Harvey) of Sandusky, Mattie Pearl Jackson of Sandusky and Elizabeth Jackson; his sister-in-law Doris J. Frazier; his grandchildren, Desmond Lewis, Tavarous Turner Jr., Rashaun Turner, Shana Turner, Dii, Azia Brown, Jai, Shanti Hicks, Tatiana Horne and Q'Marion Hunter; and his close friends, Jeff Scott (Ann), Rich Kokinda (Gene), John Moore, Melanie Roy, Robert L. Williams, Sammy Caffey, Tony Jones, Wayne Jackson and Tyrone Fenderson. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
