He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus David and Anita Mae Decker (Richard); his wife Caryl Jean Decker (Olmstead); his children, Richard "Ricky" Decker and Joan Decker; his brother Keith Decker; and his nephew David Decker.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sharon Decker of Vermilion; his nephew Dan Decker of Huron, OH; his niece Lisa Decker of Worthington, OH; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh Decker (Dana) of Vermilion, OH, Justin Decker (Tiffany) of Sandusky, Carson Rank of Worthington, OH, Gigi Rank of Worthington, OH, Summer Poe (John) and Autumn Decker.
