He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scott and Pearl Gibbs (Adams); and his siblings, Kenneth Gibbs, Linzy Gibbs and Faye Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Gibbs (Wyatt); his children, Raymond Gibbs Jr. (Christine Charnego), Richard Gibbs (Kris), Shannon Gibbs (Victoria) and Lynn Stults (Mark); and his sisters, Margaret Gibbs, Billie Jean Jones and Frances Brock. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
