He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Hammons and Phyllis Hammons (Larrick); and his sister Rhonda Gwinner. He is survived by: his children, Amy Sandy, Adam Hammons (Faith), Brandy Smith (Billy) and Shannon Carroll (Branden); and his siblings, Reva Myers, Rena Hammons, Russell Hammons, Tony Lynch and Preston Lynch. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
