He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Howard and Phyllis Howard; his son Jared Howard; and his brother Timothy Howard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Howard; his daughters, Melissa S. Howard and Amy E. Leal; his grandchildren, Gabriella Spears, Junior Spears, Jarrod Spears, Abigail Leal, Isabella Leal and Layla Leal; and his siblings, Mark Howard (Kim) and Marlene Failor (Mike). He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.
