She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Pocock; her husband William Wadding, Sr.; her stepson William Wadding, Jr.; and her siblings, Iona Weyer, Thelma Miller, Wayne Pocock, Claude Pocock, Bernard "Abe" Pocock and Denzel "Bud" Pocock.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Lyons, Eugene Lyons (Jan), Bill Lyons (Dana), Roxanne Lyons Hardt (Andy), Renee Lyons, Kenneth Wadding, Richard Wadding (Teresa), Robert Wadding (Renee) and Linda Wadding; and her sister Alma "Lou". She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many other loving relatives; and beloved dog.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phylis' name to one's favorite charity.
