He is survived by: his son Justin Kozlowski; his grandchildren, Korbin and Jasmine; his stepsons, Chad and Josh Coleman; and his siblings, Mark Kozlowski, Matthew Kozlowski (Betty), Cynthia Coleman (Lee) and Norma Kozlowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
