He is survived by: his wife Carol Bledsoe (Scherer); his sons, Don Bledsoe of Sandusky and Dale Bledsoe (Kerry) of Castalia; his grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley, Madison, Jessica and Rylee; his great grandchildren, Ava, Dylan and Scarlett; and his siblings, Pauline Simpson (Russell) of Port Clinton, Gary Bledsoe (Martha) of Catawba Island and Lonnie Bledsoe (Thelma) of Port Clinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
