She was predeceased by: her husband James Grant Jr; her daughter Bridget Ann Grant; her granddaughter Lisa Marie Grant; her stepson Mike Redding; and her siblings, Hazel Sumlin, Lucille Matthews, Penni Mae McCarty, Emma Fedder, Pinkie McGrew, Erlene Morgan, Albenie Richey, Issac McCarty Jr., David McCarty, Wiley McCarty and Willie B. McCarty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Ferrell of Sandusky, Marylon Davis (Dony) of Sandusky and Mary Helen Grant of Columbus, OH; and her nephews, Ray Grant and Donovan Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
