She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank William Schlottag and Anna Jean Schlottag-Gysan (Schoewe); and her son Eric A. Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer A. Collins of Memphis, TN; and her brothers, Tim (Karen) of Sandusky, Jon (Gina) of Sandusky and Mark Schlottag (Sue) of Sandusky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
