He was predeceased by: his mother Myrna Lee Feltz (Huffer); and his brother Bruce Feltz. He is survived by: his father Thomas Eugene of Lima; and his brothers, Carl Feltz D. C. (Jody) of Lima, Rodney Feltz (Beth) of Wilmington and Gary Feltz (Heather) of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
