He was predeceased by: his father Dwight Hawk; and his sister Rebecca Farrel. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Hawk-Long, Sr. (William) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Taylor Long of Sandusky, William Long of Sandusky and Brooklyn Long of Sandusky; and his sister Cecilia Curtis of Sandusky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
