It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Didion (Sandusky, Ohio), who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Clarence and Helen Catherine Baum (Frederick); her daughter Constance "Connie" Stockton; and her brothers, Wayne and Richard Baum.
She is survived by: her husband John P. "Jack" Didion, Sr.; her children, Joan Didion, Jr. (Tom) of Sandusky, Katherine Newton (Terry) of Castalia and Michael Mavros (Annette) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Michael, Jillian, Zachary, Allison, Josh, Tim, Ashleigh and Nick; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Larry, Jennifer and Amy; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, Connor, Mia, Max, Izzy, Paulette Didion of Longbranch, NJ and Connie Elyse of Massachusetts; her stepson John Paul Didon, Jr. (Cheryl) of Sandusky; her brothers, Elton Baum (Pat) of Sandusky and Donald Baum (Phyllis) of Castalia; and her sister-in-law Ann Baum of Sandusky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870 or to the Margaretta Fire Department Rescue Squad, 113 South Avenue, Castalia, OH 44824.
